Our waiting list is shrinking! If you are wanting to get the COVID-19 vaccine please call our office at 641-585-4763.
We are currently offering the Moderna vaccine to individuals age 18 or older. We need to schedule 10 people together in a group in order to open up a vial of vaccine so that doses are not wasted.
