Notice is hereby given that the Winnebago County Board of Supervisors will hold a public hearing April 28, 2026, at 9:00 AM in the Board of Supervisors Room, Winnebago County Courthouse, Forest City, IA. The purpose is to receive objections to the proposed plans, specifications, form of contract, and estimated cost for Project 95-CO95-2026PRECAST (Materials-only for L-E34W1--73-95, L-L04N1--73-95, and E-7-N). Documents are on file and available for inspection at the Winnebago County Engineer’s Office. By order of the Winnebago County Board of Supervisors
