Round 2 Fog Seal Begins May 12

**Upcoming Road Maintenance Notice**
Beginning **Monday, May 12**, Farhner Asphalt Sealers will start a fog sealing project on:
**R34 north from Thompson
**A16 west to the Kossuth County Line
**Duration: Approximately 4–5 days
**Traffic Note: Work will be done one lane at a time with a pilot car guiding traffic. Please plan for minor delays and drive with caution in work zones.
The treatment being applied is **GSB-88**, a specially formulated fog seal that restores essential oils and resins to aging asphalt, helping to extend pavement life by 3–5 years.
