Recording Fees
Fees effective as of July 1, 2011
Deeds, Contracts, or any Document Transferring Title or Changing a Name
- $7 for the first page and $5 for each additional page
- $5 for transfer fee per block or per section
- Transfer tax as needed
Plats & Corner Certificates
- $7 for first page and $5 for each additional page
All Other Documents
- $7 for first page and $5 for each additional page
If an instrument has within the body, another document that should normally be filed separately (such as a one-page release that releases six mortgages, or a mortgage with assignment all in one document), treat it as a separate document and send an additional $7 for each additional document reference.
Certified Copies of Documents
- $5 for each recorded document
